Cell phone bills: Vague on purpose?

Question: Do you feel cell phone providers make their bills intentionally difficult to read in order to “hide” unauthorized fees/charges?

Verdict: Almost three quarters of those surveyed feel cell phone bills are made to confuse to hide unwarranted charges.

Yes , they intentionally doit yust to confuse the costumer in the billing method that they use.
