Question: Do you feel cell phone providers make their bills intentionally difficult to read in order to “hide” unauthorized fees/charges?

 

 Verdict: Almost three quarters of those surveyed feel cell phone bills are made to confuse to hide unwarranted charges.

Of those surveyed, about two-thirds feel that Oprah would be a better means to spread the word than the front page of the New York Times.
