What type of raise did you receive last review? |

Those participating in a recent survey were asked what percent raise they received at their last review.  An overwhelming 44% say they did not recieve any raise at their last review, while one quarter report receiving a raise between 1% to 4%. Of those receiving a raise, the average raise was 5.4%.
